For your convenience, we suggest making appointments in advance, however, we will try our best to accommodate walk-ins. 24 Hour Cancellation Notice REQUIRED There is no charge incurred when cancelling directly to your operator 24 hours in advance. (This may be done by calling the Salon and speaking with your operator or leaving a voice message in their mailbox. Do not cancel appointments via the website.) Any cancellation made with less than 4 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service or $25.00---whichever is greater. NO SHOWS are charged the full price of the scheduled service. All fees payable prior to your next scheduled service. $35.00 Return Check Fee (And any other fees the Bank may charge) PAYMENT due at the COMPLETION of Service Remain Seated in the Waiting Area, Until Called (Do not sit in the Work or Dryer Area) Do not bring Food into the Salon (E.g. sandwiches, dinner & etc.) Put cell phones on VIBRATE (Or turn them OFF) NO Children in Salon, unless being Serviced (They are expected to be on their best behavior and follow salon policies.)
